Football - No Zoom Necessary

Grant may not have had a boy, but he sure is raising two little football nuts.  We always take Adelaide to a few Jags games each year, but we haven't braved the Penelope storm at a game yet.  So for the first time we were able to go as a family of four.  I was also able to throw in a few special surprises too.  Before the games there are a ton of activities for people of all ages to participate in.  Radio giveaways, bounce houses, cheerleaders and pep squads walk around for pictures and have freebies, lots of sponsors with activities and don't forget the food trucks outside of the gates.
For this particular game we arrived to the stadium extra early so that we could have a little fun before the game and my little cheerleaders were getting lots of attention.  Within ten minutes of being in the gates they had already had their picture taken with the cheerleaders and we think they were on the jumbotron too.  I'm going to throw out there that my goal has been to get the girls on the big screen, but we haven't been able to make it happen YET.

After a little running around we were off to our surprise...on field passes!  Let me start by saying that none of these photos involved the zoom button because it wasn't necessary and the truth is I had forgotten my lens at home.

At this point I asked A to turn around for a picture and this was her response "no Mommy, I'm watching football".
It was happening and I almost missed it, here I am taking pictures of the girls and it occurred to me OH WOW this is the jumbo tron man.  So I quickly turned around to get a fast pic as evidence that I had achieved my goal, they made it to the big screen.

Look closely, I'm the nut taking the picture.

The referees were incredibly nice and without asking they came over, talked to the girls and offered to take a picture.

We walked over to the other side of the field and found this crew in their seats.

Holy cow these guys are huge.

Glad he caught this or else it was aimed right at us.

Almost game time, up to our seats we go.  It was now time to watch the Jags get crushed and let the girls take a little rest from all of the excitement.
