Another soccer season has come and gone so now we are trying to figure out what to do with our Wednesday evenings when we aren't running in and out of the house trying to get home early enough from work to get the girls fed and to practice in time. Oh and our Saturday mornings when we can manage to be late to just about every game when we literally live less than a mile from the fields. I swear it is a three ring circus in our house when at any point when we need to get somewhere on time. That's normal for parents with little kids, right?
The great part about this soccer season has been that the coach genuinely seemed to care if the kids learned how to play versus just throwing them out on the field in a uniform. The second best part for the parents was that we actually liked the other parents! This was such a big deal to all of us that we banned together and made sure to register for the same team and coach so that we can do it all again in the spring.
